Metal cassette with 7 HSS countersinks. The 4-sided flats have a fixed guide pin to guide the countersink in the hole. The 180° countersinks are suitable for making countersinks in through holes for DIN912 cylinder screws from M3 to M12. The countersinks are supplied in a metal box. To produce a cylindrical countersink, proceed as follows. Firstly, a hole is drilled with a spiral drill 0.1mm larger than the diameter of the spindle core. Then, the cylindrical countersink is made with the appropriate countersink while being guided through the hole.
