Flux-coated High-silver Brazing Alloy
Product information "Flux-coated High-silver Brazing Alloy"
Flux-Coated High-Silver Brazing Alloy
For coarser soldering work in model making, crafts, or industry, we offer flux-coated silver solder rods with a diameter of 1.5mm or 2mm. These high-quality L-Ag55 solder bars contain 55% silver and have a working temperature of 630°C. The flux range is between 500°C and 800°C, eliminating the need for additional brazing flux.
When brazing brass, a low working temperature is crucial. The high silver content not only reduces the required temperature but also enhances the flow properties. Additionally, silver bonds well with other metals, ensuring strong and durable joints.
Versatile Applications
Our flux-coated silver solder rods are ideal for brazing:
- Brass
- Copper
- Heavy metals
- Rusting steels
- Stainless steel
All these materials can also be joined together. Thanks to the integrated flux coating, no additional flux is required. For more details, refer to our model magazine guide on brazing flux-coated silver solder rods.
