With this material kit you can make a blowtorch yourself. The blowtorch is model size and has a total height of 125 mm. The blowtorch is mostly made of brass. The handle and the handwheel for adjusting the flame size are made from the included oak wood. The finished blowtorch also works in the model just like an original blowtorch. You can use the torch for brazing, soft soldering, paint stripping and for operating glow tube igniter engines. Of course, this beautiful blowtorch is also suitable for the model making display case just to look at.
A blowtorch is a gas burner that was originally powered by gasoline or spirit. The blowtorch is not only used for soldering but also as a heating lamp for preheating glow-head engines. An alcohol-powered blowtorch does not start by itself but must be preheated. Due to the complicated handling, spirit and gasoline-powered blowtorches were replaced in the 1970s by blowtorches with butane as a fuel. The alcohol-powered blowtorch remains a fascinating tool to this day.
All milled parts and all stamped parts (tank base and tank cap) are included in the kit ready-made. All turned parts are included in the delivery as raw material. Of course, as with all other Bengs model building material kits, you will also receive all the necessary sealing elements, screws and fiberglass wicks. A 0.38 mm drill is required to build this kit. The drill is also included in the kit.

The CFH Gas Solderer Diamant M50 is a small soldering torch with a very fine and pointed flame. The torch is suitable for soft soldering directly with the flame, as well as for brazing smaller components with oursilver brazing. You can adjust the size of the flame using the gas valve. You can use another adjustment wheel to set a sharp flame for high temperatures and a soft flame for lower temperatures. The gas soldering iron is ignited via a piezo ignition.
Even larger components can be easily soft-soldered with this gas soldering tool. The integrated piezo ignition and the stable base are particularly pleasant. This small burner is therefore ideal for the workbench in technical model making. Whether for soft soldering parts, showing off or removing screw glue. The burner can be held or placed both horizontally and vertically, the flame always remains clean.
With the CFH Gas Solderer Diamond M50 you can also braze components. We also use the gas soldering gun in our workshop to braze small, delicate parts. However, once the components reach a certain size, the heat of the flame is no longer sufficient. So if you plan to solder larger components, use theSoldering Master PZ5000.
Technical data CFH gas soldering diamond M50
Dimensions: approx. W 100 x H 140 x D 70 mm
Flame temperature: 1300 °C
Working temperature: 650 °C
Working time with one filling: approx. 90 minutes
Clean flame when used horizontally and vertically
The CFH Gas Solderer Diamant M50 has a sturdy aluminum tank. The valve for adjusting the flame size can be easily operated with one hand. To operate the piezo, press the button to adjust the flame size. In addition, with this soldering torch, the air supply to the flame and thus the sharpness of the flame can be adjusted.

With this soldering torch you can braze or solder both fine parts, as well as larger components. No matter whether in model making, craftsmanship or in the goldsmith's shop. You get three different soldering nozzles (small, medium, large) to the handpiece. The small 10mm nozzle has a line of 1.4kw, the large 17mm soldering nozzle has an output of 2.75kw. So you have the right nozzle for every application. The hose for the gas burner has a connection thread of G3 / 8L and therefore fits into 1kg of propane bottles with a connection R 3/8 ". If you want to connect the turbocharger to an 11kg propane bottle you also need a pressure reducer 2.5 bar An adjustable pressure regulator for regulating the gas pressure is not necessary with this hand soldering machine, since the valve on the handpiece can be used to regulate the pressure very well, the flame temperature being between 1500 and 2000 ° C
Scope of delivery of the Turbobrenner Soldering torch Set:
Burner handpiece with bend
1.5 m hose with brass screw connection G3 / 8L
3 burner nozzles, Ø 10, 14, 17 mm
2 screw wrenches 17 and 19 mm
2 flame temperature 1500 ° C. and 2000 ° C.
