Pulverlack
Pulverlack wird zum pulverbeschichten verwendet. Pulverlacke haben zu 100 % einen Festkörperanteil und sind pulverförmig nicht flüssig. Ein Vorteil bei Pulverlacken ist das keine Lösungsmittel in dem Beschichtungspulver sind. Pulverlacke werden mit einem Pulverbeschichtungsgerät auf das Bauteil aufgetragen. Danach werden sie in einem Ofen bei ca. 180° “gebacken“ bei der Temperatur verschmilzt der Pulverlack mit der Oberfläche des Bauteils und man erhält einen optimalen Korrosionsschutz und eine sehr robuste Lackschicht. Meistens findet dieses Verfahren in der Industrie Anwendung. Mittlerweile gibt es aber auch mit dem Bengs Modellbau Pulverbeschichtungsgerät ein Pulverbeschichtungssystem für Hobby, Modellbau und Handwerk. Selbst ungeübte Anwender sind mit unserem Power Coat 4 Pro in der Lage Bauteile in hervorragender Qualität zu pulverbeschichten.

With this powder you can powder coat components with a chrome-like look. The powder is processed in the same way as our standard powders. It is first applied with the Power Coat 4 PRO powder gun. Unfortunately, processing with our small powder gun is not possible. After application, the powder is baked at 180°C. After the component is in the oven, wait until the chrome powder begins to shine, then the components should be baked in the oven for another 15-20 minutes. After cooling, the powder-coated part is immediately ready for assembly or further processing.
The surface of the powder runs very smoothly, even small unevenness in the material is evened out by the powder. Compared to real chrome, the shine here is a little milkier. Without an additional clear coat layer, the powder coating is relatively sensitive.
An additional layer of clear varnish coating powder significantly increases the mechanical strength, but also reduces the mirror effect. This makes the chrome shine even milkier. If the parts are only for decoration or are only subject to minimal mechanical stress, you can do without the clear coat. However, if the load is higher, the powder should definitely be covered with clear varnish.

With the powder you can create an easy to clean, weather and UV-resistant and extremely durable surface coating. The powder is suitable both for powder coating with corona and with tribo coating devices. The coating powder has excellent light and weather resistance. It also has a good elasticity so you can even coat feathers. The powder adheres to all surfaces. All powder coatings available at our company are suitable for corona powder coating systems as well as for tribo powder coating systems.

Here you will find a selection of special powders for powder coating yourself. We have put together the most commonly used special powders in model making as powder coatings for you. All of the powder coatings we offer are suitable for both Corona powder guns and Tribo powder systems. Our powder coating is ideal for use with our Bengs model making powder coating device These coating powders are also suitable for outdoor use and are UV resistant.
With the transparent, colorless high-gloss powder coating, you can seal metallic surfaces very well, whether polished or sandblasted. The transparent coating powder is also suitable for applying a second layer of powder over an existing powder-coated surface.
Metallic gloss is very often used for powder coating aluminum rims. It has a silver base color with a strong metallic effect. The powder coating is suitable for powder coating aluminum rims as well as for refining other metal parts on motorcycles, vintage cars or in technical model making.
We also have 3 black variants in the shop. Deep black matt is very popular in the motorcycle sector. The matt powder coating is extremely robust and durable but at the same time has a great matt look. Deep black fine structure creates a black surface with a fine grain structure. This coating powder is ideal for building control panels, in plant construction and for details in technical model making. Black crocodile effect has an even stronger grain structure. This effect paint is often used in the off-road scene, for example for bull bars, bumpers and other structures on motorcycles and off-road vehicles.
